Our Story...

You're the reason we put forth our best each and every day. Mekatos Bakery in Miami is a family- owned and operated bakery. We’ve been around since 2006 yet the family history in baking goes back much further. We use the best and fine ingredients, also traditional methods to produce Colombian exceptional artisanal breads like "Pan de la Abuela", Empanadas,Buñuelos, Pandebonos, Guava/cheese pastry and Cookies; tradicional and tipic Colombian dishes like "Bandeja Paisa" served in Guayacan's tray and over banana leaf, the unique and best Cazuela de Frijol, Mondongo soup, Ajiaco soup, Sancocho de Res and much more... 
While we continually strive for innovation at Mekatos Bakery, we’re still making our creations the way grandma made them.  And she'd be pretty proud of that.Mekatos Bakery is a family- owned and operated bakery. 
Our vision for the future is one that realizes the shortest distance between you and one of our closets Colombian bakeries.
